NEXT STEPS
WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
PHASE 1: BOOKING
Once we get receive your inquiry, we will provide access to our pricing guide and schedule a 20 minute call to discuss your vision, what you are in need of, and where you are headed. Based on your design needs, we will send you a project overview and estimate to review and approve.
If decide to move forward with us, we'll send over a contract and invoice. After all is signed and you’ve submitted your retainer, we’ll get the project going on the discussed start date!
Please note that a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book your project in my calendar.
PHASE 2: PREP PERIOD
Design packages are 2 to 3 weeks based on the project scope — starting with a strategic prep period, followed by a full design period to build out a brand or multi-page website.
A week prior to the start date, you’ll receive an email containing your welcome guide and questionnaire(s), as our process of defining your brand strategy and style begin. These items must be completed before our scheduled design week to ensure efficiency and quality.
PHASE 3: DESIGN WEEK
Once the prep period is complete and finalized, we’ll head into the visuals aspect of the project. We’ll send you design concepts and content updates as they’re being created, collecting your feedback and making edits throughout the week. The end of the week will be reserved for any final edits and proofreading.
Quick response times are especially appreciated to ensure the timeline isn’t delayed.
PHASE 4: POST PROJECT
Once the project is complete, we will share the finalized, approved designs in organized folders via Google Drive. Included will be any logos and branding elements — saved in different colors and sizes for your convenience, for web and print use. You’ll also receive any print-ready PDFs and/or web-ready graphics of your stationary designs. For web design projects, we will transfer over the site ownership and share the tutorial videos with you.
Your project also includes 2 weeks of support — meaning, we will be available to answer any questions as you begin using your branding or website. This way you are prepared to fully thrive with your complete brand!
The final payment will be due upon the delivery of the files and/or site transfer.
