WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

For all projects, a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required in order to book your project in our calendar, and the remaining 50% will be paid before receiving the final files and/or site transfer.

However, if your start date is scheduled more than four weeks in advance, we can discuss setting up a payment plan that leads up to the project timeline.

WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU USE TO BUILD WEBSITES?

We are proudly a Squarespace Circle Member, so we build, design, and manage all of our custom websites using Squarespace. As part of our web design packages, we also provide personalized training videos that you can learn from to maintain and update the website once it’s in your hands.

For more advanced commerce integration, we can explore Shopify as an alternative.

IS 2 TO 3 WEEKS REALLY ENOUGH TIME TO DO THIS?

Absolutely! We’ll take the time to meet with you, discuss your needs, and do some research of our own to understand your industry, PRIOR to the start date. Then, the following 2 to 3 weeks will be a fast-paced, expedited collaboration — followed by 2 weeks of support afterward.
